Solomon Ephriam Waggoner was borm (sic) in England 8 March, 1851 and died 15 March, 1929. He is buried in the family plot in St, Louis [MO]. His wife, Katie White Waggoner also born in England, was born 17 Dec 1846 and died 5 April 1892. He was director of the Masonic Childrens Home in St. Louis during the 1920s. I will see Jane [his sister] in late October and if I have time will call them to see if they have anything further.
Your best bet on familt (sic) history is from Jinny [his sister, Virginia], she is the oldest and remembers all the time we lived in Evanston [IL], I do not.
